CHP issues high-wind advisory for three bridges

By Khalida Sarwari The California Highway Patrol has issued a high-wind advisory for three Bay Area bridges today, an officer said. The wind advisory was issued around 6:30 a.m. for the Richmond-San Rafael Bridge and the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge and at 8 a.m. for the Dumbarton Bridge.
